Senior Management Team
The Adelaide Christian School’s Board employs a Head of Schools to manage the SMT team and be the conduit between the management and governance.
The CEO is responsible to the Board for the operation of the ACS Schools and is required to provide support and leadership in other areas including strategic direction and the monitoring of Associated Schools.
The CEO for ACS is Mr Kym Golding who has been involved with the organisation since 1987.
Kym has held a range of positions in ACS schools including teacher, Campus Principal, Principal, Head of Schools and now the position of CEO.
He has overseen the establishment of eight schools and campuses in the network of schools over a period of 25 years.
The role of the SMT is to oversee the management of the ACS Schools as a united community of Schools under the ACS banner. Its role is to develop and monitor policy, standards, administrative processes and curriculum in each school
The Senior Management Team consists of:
• The CEO
• Nominated Principals of Schools
• ELC Regional Director
• The Manager of Corporate Services and
• The Manager of Corporate Finances.
